Chair of Nails: 3D Design

The Chair of Nails was designed with the idea of being able to sit comfortably on an item of furniture that looked uncomfortable. This was achieved by studying the designs for beds of nails and using the same principals on a chair. A scaled down model was produced from iron and wood in order to show the visual impact of this design.
